Applicable legal bases under the GDPR: Below is an overview of the GDPR legal bases on which we process personal data. Please note that national data protection requirements in your or our place of residence or location may also apply.

The BDSG includes special provisions on the right to information, deletion, objection, processing of special categories of personal data, processing for other purposes, and transmission as well as automated decision-making including profiling.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, considering the state of the art, implementation costs, nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

General Information on Data Retention and Deletion

We delete personal data in accordance with legal requirements once the basis for processing no longer applies or if consent is withdrawn.
