Information architecture, dedicated service pages and on-page SEO for a personal real estate advisor in Barcelona — built inside her existing Squarespace site.
Helena represents owners, buyers and investors in Barcelona. Her positioning is unusually clear — "I do not sell properties, I represent people" — and her site looked the part. What it could not do was let each of her four services be found on its own: selling a flat, buyer representation, investment advisory and temporary rentals all lived in the same place, so none of them could rank for what people actually search.
The site stays on Squarespace. That was the point: Helena had a platform she knows how to use and a design she is happy with, and none of that needed replacing to fix what was actually holding the site back.
The work was structural. Each of the four services got its own page, with its own promise, its own audience and its own search intent — so that someone looking to sell a flat in Barcelona and someone looking for a personal shopper land in different places instead of the same paragraph. The landing page was restructured around that, and the on-page layer — titles, headings, descriptions, internal linking — was corrected across the site.
