What's the difference between Screened and Guaranteed?

Screened = professional services (lawyers, accountants, consultants). Guaranteed = home services (plumbers, electricians, cleaners) and includes the customer-refund guarantee.

How long until I get the badge?

3-6 weeks typically. Background checks are the long pole. We can run them in parallel with LSA setup.

What if my background check has issues?

We address them with Google directly. Some past issues are disqualifying, others are not — the application is reviewed case-by-case.
