AK Immobilien markets and rents property in Hameln and the Weserbergland. The old WordPress site was slow, hard to maintain and barely visible in local search. The goal: a fast, modern site and an organic strategy that makes AK the most visible agent in the region.
I migrated the site completely from WordPress to Astro and moved it to Cloudflare — static delivery, much faster load times, and a foundation that's clean to maintain and extend. Property listings run through an onOffice integration; valuations through integrated property-valuation software.
On top of that runs a local SEO strategy with marketing automation: the Google Business Profile is maintained automatically, and new guide content is produced through a content workflow with human approval in the loop. The work is ongoing — the site is optimized continuously to lift visitor conversion and push AK up the results for Hameln and the Weserbergland.
